Welcome to the Shree Birmingham Pragati Mandal, Events Centre & Krishna Temple, a vibrant Hindu faith community organisation based in Sparkbrook, Birmingham!
A Legacy of Faith and Community
Our story began in 1964 when early Gujarati immigrants from the Mochi community, known for their expertise in leatherwork, established a place of worship.
In 1982, we became a registered charity.
Our beautiful temple was built in 1988 solidifying our presence in the heart of Birmingham. A major milestone for our community!
Today, we bring together over 3,500 members across the West Midlands.
